Monitor Shipments with DHL ProView

DHL ProView is an online express tracking service. We offer real-time shipment monitoring and automatic notifications via email or text for all of your express pickups and deliveries.

What is DHL ProView?

DHL ProView is our web-based tracking service for DHL Express account holders that provides automatic notifications to you and anyone you specify – via email or text message – when shipments are picked up and delivered. DHL ProView also lets you monitor shipments online by account number, status and more.
This means you're always in the know, whether you're in the office or on the go. And best of all, it provides the shipment information you need to keep your customers and colleagues up to date and in the loop – for free!
Before you starting using the shipment monitoring features of DHL ProView, you need to:
  • Have a DHL Express account number
  • Be sure you have all your account numbers (if you have multiple accounts) that you want to monitor
  • Request a PIN for each account number
Your PIN will let you and only you activate your DHL accounts in ProView. If you use several DHL Express accounts, you will need to request a PIN for each account.
  • Upon receipt of your PIN, activate your account by registering with DHLProView
Please ensure you have a PIN per account before registering so that you are able to successfully complete your registration process.

In order to add your accounts to DHL ProView and be able to monitor all shipments on these accounts, you need to request a PIN for each account. This PIN will let you, and only you, activate your DHL account in ProView and unlock the enhanced monitoring and notification capabilities provided by DHL ProView.

If you use several DHL Express International accounts, you will need to request a PIN for each account in order to add it in the ProView 'Manage Accounts' screen.

In order to receive your PIN, please submit the online form here. The DHL eCom Helpdesk will then provide you with a PIN by email after validating your details.

Please allow up to 1 business day to receive your PIN.

As an additional security feature, these PINs will remain valid for only six months. If you have not activated your account in ProView within that time, you will need to request a new PIN. Any existing ProView users with accounts already registered and activated will not need new PINs after six months.

Once you have received your PIN, you can log in via the button on the DHL ProView page and register your accounts.
